File:READ_ME.EKSTS EKSTS550.SDK 909 drumset, assorted basses and zaps. Saved in S-550 format. EKSTS-50.SDK Same as EKSTS550.SDK in S-50 format, and therefore without any filter settings since these aren't contained on S-50 disks. Especially the 909 bass drum (which we all love) is almost impossible to sample without noise. The filter settings removes most of them. The zaps are truncated to squeese more onto one disk. If not, I'd be happy to. Yes they are. It was therefore I first posted sgroup and asked for opinions. I guess the conclusion was, that it was ok, if it was only a small 909 set. Not loops or other things that could be traced back to a specific sample CD. The X-tatic goldmine sample CD's contained lots of R8 sounds also. But they weren't as good as those allready on the ftp site. I could let the basses and zaps out, and make a new disk if you want to. The double CD contains 3000 sounds, and I sampled 15 of them. I do encourage people to buy samplig CD's, as it's the only way to manage a large sound lib if you not have a harddisk. I'll leave my Mac turned on after work a few more days, and let the decision be yours. My working hours is from 9 to 16 CET. -Thomas Flemming Suggested READ_ME file for the disks: ---------------------------------------------------------------- EKSTS550.SDK 909 drumset, assorted basses and zaps.
