Sgroup Introductory Message =========================== Hi, welcome to the sgroup! This group is for owners/users of Roland sampling gear (S10 50 550 330 770 and the W30). It is an interactive mailing list, meaning that all messages sent to the list are automatically bounced to all members. Discussion is open for anything you people would like to talk about. Reviews or references to third party manufacturers are always welcome. We have a public domain users sample library. Unfortunately, it is not online, but works through physical mail instead. We encourage all members to contribute to the library, and keep it ever expanding! There are two files that you may want to read, the first is the library guidelines, and the second is the current catalog of samples in the library. These files are available via anonymous ftp from lotus.UWaterloo.ca in pub/sgroup, or directly from me. The sgroup was originated by Neil Herzinger , who unfortunately (or fortunately I guess) graduated, and so could no longer maintain the list.
