I think I live too far away to offer to help (South Africa). But....can you get access to a Zip drive connected to a Mac (or PC)? If so, just make a disk image of the Zip disk (use Toast on Mac), and then burn this to a CD. The CD will work with your sampler. Well, it's Chicken Systems, and the product is Translator. =) We finally got over NAMM and am finally getting the chance to clean up the older issues, like supporting S-7x. We're trying on Friday to release. It will support deemphasis of sample files. Via this component the EXT jack is powered. If you don't find a fuse resistor you can probably use a standard fuse of some low value, 100mA or so. You's have to find a place for a fuse holder somewhere in the S-330.
