Message-ID: MIME-Version: 1.0 Content-Type: TEXT/PLAIN; charset=US-ASCII Sender: owner-sgroup@lotus.uwaterloo.ca Precedence: bulk Status: R Hello. I just recently purchased an s-50 and for all of those who do own one you know that the manual isn't good for s#@t! So, with that in mind, I need to ask a few questions. I have four samples in separate tone banks and i need to put them to one patch across the board at different points....I used the split command but it didn't do anything (or i do not know how to work it)..so that's one problem. Does anyone have a copy of the SYS-503 sequencing disks to sell me? I have two extra manuals for it so if you need one, contract me privately. Also, when i play keys, sometimes the loudness varies, if it plays at all. Is there something I need to change as far a velocity. Does anyone have any good recommendations for a color monitor? I am using a monochrome and I want to know why is it that when the cable moves, the monitor flickers on and off? What does the HML switch do on the back of the keyboard? I know this all sounds hectic, but I want to get this running. One last question: Is there a way to hear the sample source play before during and after you sample?
